Bricolage: A Cute Alternative

Hi Hi,

As you may know, I kind of yawn when I see a guest book. I’m not sure why anyone needs a book full of random congratulations from peeps and I certainly don’t think couples frequent this book more than once or twice in their lives. Soo, I always encourage a different twist on the guest book. Today’s do it yourself is really a guest participation thing. Melissa and Adam got married about a week ago and we did a guest tree! Guest’s were directed to choose an ink colour and stamp their fingerprint of the guest tree. Now THIS is cute and everyone enjoyed ‘leafing” their fingerprints. These trees can be personalized and colour coordinated to match your wedding. Fun!

Feast your eyes on the goodness that is this great find at Homesense. Melissa snagged it and sprayed it white to match the wedding. We had a lot of fun coming up with the many details and i’ll be sharing them with you throughout the next few weeks.
